1. Scope and Status
These Betting, Casino & Game Rules govern all wagers and games offered through Myxbet. They form part of the customer contract together with the Terms & Conditions. By placing a wager or starting a game, the customer accepts the rules applicable to that product, market and game.
Where a game, market or promotion has specific rules displayed in the Platform, those specific rules prevail for that product only, subject to mandatory Ethiopian law. The Platform may use third-party sportsbook, data and game providers; authoritative provider and Platform records may be used for settlement and investigation.
2. Bet Acceptance
A bet is valid only after it is accepted and recorded by the Platform and a bet reference is generated. A request that is pending, rejected, timed out or not recorded is not an accepted wager.
The customer must check selection, market, odds, stake and potential return before confirmation. Except where Cash Out or another cancellation feature is expressly available, an accepted wager cannot ordinarily be changed or cancelled at the customer's request.
3. Odds, Prices and Market Suspension
Odds may change until acceptance. Markets may be suspended or removed before or during an event for trading, integrity, technical, data or risk-management reasons. A market being displayed does not guarantee continued availability.
Where an objectively obvious pricing, market or settlement error occurs, the Platform may correct or void the affected transaction to the extent permitted by these Rules, the Terms & Conditions and applicable law. This power must not be used merely because a valid wager later becomes commercially unfavorable to the Platform.
4. Pre-Match and Live Betting
Pre-match wagers are settled under the published market rules. Live scores, clocks, graphics, statistics, streams and commentary may be delayed and are informational unless expressly designated as the official settlement source.
Live wagers are accepted only when confirmed by the Platform. Acceptance may be delayed while the Platform validates the current state of play. A market may be suspended at any time.
5. Singles, Multiples and System Bets
A single contains one selection. A multiple combines two or more selections and normally requires all applicable selections to win, subject to void-selection rules. System bets are settled according to the combinations displayed when the wager is placed.
If a selection in a multiple is void, it will ordinarily be treated at odds of 1.00 for settlement unless a specific market rule states otherwise.
6. Official Results and Settlement
Settlement is based on the official or recognized result source designated for the sport, competition or game. Unless a specific rule states otherwise, later disciplinary, judicial or administrative changes do not alter a wager already correctly settled.
The Platform may correct an incorrect settlement and corresponding account balance. Customers should report disputed settlements promptly through the official support channel and provide the bet reference.
7. Football
Unless the market expressly states otherwise, football match markets refer to regulation time including stoppage time but excluding extra time and penalty shoot-outs. Markets expressly labelled to include extra time or qualification are settled according to their displayed scope.
Postponed, abandoned, interrupted, rescheduled, venue-changed, player, cards, corners, goalscorer, handicap, totals and other specialist markets are settled according to the specific market description and the sport-specific rules displayed by the Platform.
8. Other Sports and Esports
Sport-specific rules may differ for tennis, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, baseball, cricket, combat sports, motorsport, racing, esports and other events. Customers must review the applicable market description. Walkovers, retirements, shortened matches, changed formats and non-starters are handled under the relevant sport-specific rule.
9. Postponed, Abandoned and Cancelled Events
Where an event is postponed, abandoned, interrupted or cancelled, the Platform will apply the published rule for that sport and market. A wager may remain open for a stated resumption period, be settled on an already determined outcome, or be voided where the outcome cannot be fairly determined.
The Platform will not selectively void only winning outcomes while retaining equivalent losing outcomes from the same objectively affected market.
10. Cash Out
Cash Out is an optional feature and is not guaranteed. Values can change or disappear before confirmation. A Cash Out is complete only when the Platform confirms it. Temporary unavailability, market suspension, latency or a failed request does not create an entitlement to a previously displayed value.
11. Maximum Stakes, Returns and Payouts
Stake, return and payout limits may apply by customer, market, event, sport, product or period. Applicable limits should be displayed or otherwise made available before they become binding. Any overall maximum payout is ETB 500,000 per bet slip.

12. Casino, Slots and RNG Games
Casino and slot games are governed by these Rules and the rules displayed inside the relevant game. Outcomes are determined by the game system or certified/randomization mechanism used by the relevant provider where applicable.
Return-to-player percentages are theoretical long-term measures and do not guarantee an individual customer's result, session return or probability of winning.
13. Live Casino
Live-dealer games are governed by the table and game rules shown in the interface. The provider's game log, table record and recorded outcome may be used as authoritative evidence in resolving a dispute, subject to correction of demonstrable error.
14. Crash, Instant and Multiplier Games
Crash, instant, multiplier and similar games may operate at high speed. A displayed potential multiplier is not a completed win unless the customer's cash-out or game action is successfully accepted before the applicable round ends.
Latency, device performance or connectivity can affect when a request reaches the Platform. The authoritative server-side game record governs whether an action was received and accepted.
15. Virtual Sports and Simulated Events
Virtual and simulated events are computer-generated products and are not real sporting events unless expressly stated. Settlement is based on the result generated and recorded by the relevant system/provider.
16. Interrupted Games and Connectivity
If a customer's connection is interrupted after a wager or game action has been accepted, the accepted transaction may remain valid. If the transaction was not accepted, no wager is created.
For an interrupted casino round, the Platform may restore, resume, void or settle the round using authoritative provider records and the applicable game rules.
17. Malfunctions, Duplicate Credits and Errors
A malfunction or technical error does not create an automatic entitlement to an unintended payment. Duplicate credits, duplicated wins, impossible odds, incorrect game configuration and demonstrable settlement errors may be corrected.
Any corrective action must be proportionate, evidence-based and consistent with the Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
18. Integrity, Collusion and Manipulation
Use of inside information, match manipulation, collusion, prohibited bots, coordinated account activity, exploitation of vulnerabilities or other dishonest conduct is prohibited. Affected accounts and wagers may be suspended during a reasonable investigation.
Where lawful, information may be shared with competent authorities, sports integrity bodies, payment providers or game providers for investigation and compliance.
19. Promotions Affecting Betting or Games
Promotion-specific conditions may impose qualifying odds, eligible markets, eligible games, wagering requirements, expiry periods and maximum conversion or winnings. The specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion, subject to the general Terms & Conditions and mandatory law.
20. Disputes and Evidence
A customer disputing a wager or game should provide the account identifier, bet or round reference, approximate time, screenshots where available and a concise explanation. Screenshots are supporting evidence but do not override authoritative server, payment or provider records where those records are reliable.
Complaints are handled under the Terms & Conditions and the Platform's complaints process, with any regulatory escalation rights preserved.
